The third and final community conversation on the topic of "Understanding Law & Its Effects on Business."  This final conversation for Jacksonville residents will focus on this topic along with continuing the conversation on whether the City should add lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people to the City's anti-discrimination laws.
