I read that signing anything in an email is not legal.  I agree with this post, but think that we should have people given petitions and get signatures from live people.  

I found this to be a relatively fair and unbiased report on this year's state budget and thought you, if you do not get the Times Union, you might enjoy getting it.   Does anyone see anything they feel is not on point?
